During April construction crews completed two of the three concrete towers for the stairs and the restrooms. The third tower was near completion at the end of April.

Construction crews also worked on laying storm drains and other underground conduit in preparation of pouring the first floor slab. The outline of the building can now clearly be seen and a small adjustment was made in the camera angle to capture the entire building footprint.
