During the month of November the surcharge was completed and seventy-five percent of the new parking, just to the north west of the building site, was installed.

Once the parking lot is completed, the construction activity will decrease to let the surcharge settle.

The architects and engineers continue to work on finalizing the construction plans. Their work is in conjunction with meetings with students, faculty, staff and the community to gather input on the plans.
